The WinterTour Festival offered held appeal if you had to short attention span and need some fun! The momentum continued with a cure for any winter blues with great short films in the 18th year of the Festival of Shorts.
An assortment of international films and works from five local filmmakers. This happened in the quaint venue of ‘The Screening Room’ in Wilmington, DE, with free parking available directly under the building.
