Preference may be given to:

• Local and regional artists
• Unique or highly curated booths
• Vendors with strong visual presentation
• Original handmade or artist-created merchandise

Booth Information

What’s Included

Accepted applicants will be sent a registration link to purchase an Artist Alley Table Package, which includes:

• One (1) 6’x2’ table with no skirt
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) table sign (includes table name and number)
• One (1) Artist Alley badge for the participating Artist
• One (1) complimentary Artist Alley badge for a Helper
• You will have the option to purchase an additional Helper badge during registration.
• Promotion on Anime Day social media (selected vendors)

Electricity and specialty setup requests may be limited and are not guaranteed.

Curated Vendor Categories

To create a balanced and engaging marketplace, vendor categories will be limited by medium.

Examples may include:

• Limited 3D print vendors
• Limited resale vendors

This helps ensure variety for attendees and gives each creator a stronger opportunity to stand out.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Display
Expectations

We want Artist Alley to feel vibrant, immersive, and visually exciting.

Vendors are expected to:

• Maintain a clean and organized booth
• Use visually appealing displays/signage
• Present products professionally
• Keep setup family-friendly and convention-appropriate

Applicants must provide photos of:

• Merchandise/products
• Previous booth setup or display examples

Optional Community Participation

Vendors may optionally:

• Host a giveaway or raffle
• Donate a small item for attendee swag bags
• Participate in social media spotlights

These opportunities help increase visibility and attendee engagement.

Application Review Process

Applications are reviewed on:

• Product originality
• Category availability
• Booth presentation
• Overall fit with the Anime Day audience and experience

Selected vendors will receive:

• Approval notification
• Payment instructions
• Event logistics and setup information

Anime Day reserves the right to request removal of merchandise, artwork, or displays deemed inappropriate, unsafe, excessively explicit, discriminatory, or infringing upon intellectual property.

AnimeDay 2026 is a family-friendly event, please ensure your displays are as well.

Vendors are individually responsible for complying with any applicable tax or business requirements.
